I am at a loss and gave up on trying to find a solution but am hoping someone might know how to help me out. The Sensor Solution driver is permanently disabled so I can use my keyboard but I would love to use the screen again too. I have tried updating the drivers, doing all the available windows updates, removing and restarting the drivers that have an issue and nothing has worked. My keyboard responded and is working properly now, but the touchscreen is still not responding. If it sets a bit or goes into sleep mode or is powered off and back on, it resets itself back on. I have a HP Envy laptop with windows I have turned off the touch pad in settings but this only works for as long as I am using my computer. I have a disability which makes the touchpad a big hindrance to me and my job. I am in desperate need to turn off my touch pad.
